I've played enough trivia games to know when a developer gets it: You Don't Know Jack Vol. 3 understands that trivia is social theater, not a memory test. Questions are designed to be funny whether you know the answer or bomb it spectacularly. Cookie Masterson's sardonic hosting carries the whole thing, his commentary on your choices is sharper than the questions themselves. You're playing with friends, not against them, which is the whole point of party games. The format is straightforward: multiple choice, speed rounds, and bonus games that change each playthrough. It's 2013, so the pop culture references date it, but that's part of the charm now. Works great in local multiplayer on one PC. If you want something that actually makes people talk and argue and laugh, this does the job better than most modern party games still pretend to.
