Meridian: Age of Invention
A city-builder where you're locked into a single isometric view and forced to manage resources across a rigid grid, interesting constraint, but repetitive grind.
Veredicto de GamerScout
For city-builder completionists willing to tolerate repetitive missions in exchange for a low-stress factory-optimization fix.

Acerca de Meridian: Age of Invention
Meridian: Age of Invention is a top-down city-builder from Alawar Premium that leans into industrial-era aesthetics and resource chains. You'll zone plots, construct factories and mills, manage supply routes between buildings, and watch your settlement grow in real-time. The core loop is satisfying enough if you're patient: placing a windmill, connecting it to a granary, then feeding that output into a bakery feels like solving a tangible puzzle on a fixed board. The catch is that the game doesn't evolve much beyond that core formula. Once you've grasped how to link production chains, missions start to feel like busywork. The isometric camera is locked and zoomed to a frustrating middle distance, close enough that you can't see your whole city, far enough that individual buildings feel detached. If you've played Offworld Trading Company or even the original Caesar III, Meridian will feel familiar but less polished. It's not broken, just forgettable once the novelty of the grid wears off.
