May There Bee Flowers strips deckbuilding down to its mechanical core: you're not fighting monsters, you're balancing resources against random environmental pressure. Each run, you'll build a deck of cards that generate light and water, enchant them for synergy, and collect trinkets that shift your strategy. The twist is the weather system, vicious attacks force you to either dodge (spend resources) or sacrifice health to keep your garden intact. It's roguelike repetition with real decision gates: do you pivot your deck mid-run or double down on a fragile combo? At this scale, May There Bee Flowers works best as a 15-minute coffee break game rather than a deep-dive strategy title. The core loop is solid, but there's limited build diversity compared to heavier deckbuilders, and runs feel samey after a few hours. That said, for a sub-5 tier indie release, the synergy engine is surprisingly tight and the resource-management puzzle has teeth. If you want strategy that fits in your pocket without tutorial bloat, this delivers.
