Acerca de Lift It
Lift It is exactly what the title promises: you show up to the gym, do exercises, watch your stats climb, and use those gains to beat opponents. The core loop is straightforward but oddly satisfying. Each exercise targets a specific stat, so there's a light layer of strategy in deciding what to train before a fight. It's idle-game DNA wrapped in a fitness skin, which means it scratches that incremental-progress itch without demanding constant attention. The catch is that Lift It feels incomplete and rough around the edges. The Steam description literally cuts off mid-sentence, which sets the tone. There's no visible polish, minimal feedback on what you're actually doing, and the fighting side of things is underbaked compared to the training grind. If you love spreadsheets and watching numbers go up, you'll find something here. Everyone else should look elsewhere.
