Lemnis Gate strips FPS down to its decision-making skeleton: you and your opponent alternate 25-second turns within a shared 5-minute loop, watching your previous moves replay while you plan the next. It's turn-based strategy wearing an action game's skin. Your choices layer on top of each other, creating a recursive puzzle where timing, positioning, and predicting opponent behavior matter more than twitch reflexes. The premise is elegant but the execution demands patience. Learning what each class can accomplish in 25 seconds takes hours, and the playerbase is tiny, making matchmaking slow and skill gaps brutal.
