I went in expecting a cozy cooking sim and found instead a wacky physics sandbox where meat tumbles around your grill like it's been possessed. The core loop is solid: manage heat zones, flip proteins at the right moment, keep customers happy. It's tactile and silly in equal measure, which works for short bursts. Online competitive modes exist if you want to race other players through orders, though the community is razor-thin. The catch: this is Early Access jank pretending to be a finished game. Physics feel untethered, tutorials barely exist, and the progression system doesn't give you much reason to keep grinding beyond achievement hunting. If you want a chill, low-commitment cooking game with personality, grab it on sale. If you're hunting for deep sim mechanics or meaningful long-term progression, keep moving.
