eXperience 112 puts you behind a network of surveillance feeds, watching Lea Nichols navigate a deserted research vessel. You don't control her directly, instead, you monitor cameras, unlock doors remotely, and piece together clues from what you observe. It's part puzzle game, part interactive detective story, with a lo-fi aesthetic that works in its favor. The camera-as-protagonist angle is genuinely novel, and the mystery unfolds at a deliberate pace that rewards paying attention. The catch: pacing drags in stretches, and the small scope means it's a short sit. At sub-5 hours, it doesn't overstay its welcome, but it also doesn't have enough meat on its bones to stick with most players. If you like puzzle adventures where observation is the main tool and you're cool with a 2014-era indie vibe, this scratches an unusual itch. Everyone else should probably pass.
