Evil Inquisitor is a pixel-art action game that leans hard on timing and evasion. You're hunting through increasingly hostile arenas armed with melee weapons and a shield, dodging enemy patterns and looking for openings. The core loop is solid when it clicks: learn attack rhythms, roll at the right moment, strike back. Problem is, the hitboxes feel loose in places, and the difficulty curve jumps around instead of ramping smoothly. It's the kind of game that works best if you're specifically hunting for a cheap, brutal 2D action fix and don't mind rougher polish. Not a hidden gem, but not broken either. Fans of old-school arcade action who can tolerate wonky feedback might find something to chew on here.
