For those who have already sunk hundreds of hours into EU4 and have the major content DLCs sorted - think Art of War, Wealth of Nations, or Rights of Man - this kind of visual polish can genuinely improve immersion during those long late-game naval campaigns. When you are micromanaging a 40-fleet Ottoman armada or pushing Moroccan trade power across the Atlantic, having ships that look culturally distinct rather than recycled from a European template is a small but real quality-of-life upgrade. Paradox has always had a strong modding community, and this pack sits in that same spirit of granular customization. That said, there is zero gameplay impact here. No new naval units, no adjusted stats, no unique mechanics for Muslim seafaring nations.
