Around the Words asks you to form words from letter tiles on jellyfish drifting across a grid. Each wave brings new jellyfish, refreshing your available letters and pushing you toward longer, higher-scoring combinations. It's less about speed and more about the gentle friction of hunting for words you might have missed. This is intimate, unambitious work. The pixel art jellyfish are soft and endearing; the soundscape never intrudes. You play at your own tempo with no timers or pressure, which feels right for a vocabulary game meant to reward patience and lateral thinking. There's not much here if you're chasing leaderboards or complex mechanics, but if you enjoy word puzzles as a quiet ritual, the handcraft shines through. The game knows what it is and doesn't apologize for the slowness.
