I went in expecting a typical romance visual novel. Instead, I found myself parsing subtext, questioning unreliable narration, and watching a relationship unfold in real-time with zero padding. You're trapped with this girl for exactly seven days. The dialogue is sparse but deliberate, and the game respects your intelligence enough to let silences mean something. It's short, maybe 2-3 hours depending on how many times you replay for the branching paths, but the Steam reviews suggest it lands harder than its runtime suggests. What works is the constraint itself. Confined space, limited time, two characters forced into proximity. No grinding, no filler quest logs, no pretense of a larger world. What doesn't work varies depending on whether you vibe with slow-burn, character-focused narrative that asks more questions than it answers. If you want plot machinery and clear emotional payoff, look elsewhere. If you want to sit with ambiguity and reread dialogue, this hits.
