The BioWare Bundle

I'll be straight with you: this bundle's a mixed bag. Mass Effect: Andromeda is BioWare's most divisive game - janky animations, thin character work compared to the original trilogy, and a story that feels like it's gasping for air in a new galaxy. It's playable, sure, but it's the weakest link here. Dragon Age: Inquisition GOTY Edition, though, is the real draw. It's got 60+ hours of solid character writing, a respectable magic system with real build variety, and companion arcs that actually land. The open-world pacing drags in spots, and some side content feels obligatory, but the main narrative and your inner circle make it worth the slog. If you're shopping this bundle, you're probably doing it for Inquisition's post-game content and DLC that the GOTY edition includes. Andromeda's there as dead weight unless you're a completionist chasing the full Mass Effect picture. Fair warning: neither game is Peak BioWare, but Inquisition proves they still knew how to write characters worth caring about.
