Mythic Victory Arena

I've played enough tier-sub-5 strategy games to know when a title is treading water. Mythic Victory Arena asks you to pick a character, climb ranked matches in an arena, and chase that champion title. The premise is solid for a quick roguelike or tactical battler, but the execution feels thin. You're grinding through repetitive bouts with minimal strategic variety, and the game doesn't explain its systems well enough for newcomers to build meaningful choices around. The 2016 release date shows. Early Access status (nearly a decade in) suggests development stalled, and with no Steam reviews to validate any depth, I'd expect bare-bones mechanics, limited character builds, and an AI opponent pool that repeats.
