Across the Obelisk: Sigrun, the Valkyrie

Sigrun, the Valkyrie lands as the first true multiclass hero in Across the Obelisk, and that alone reframes how you build around mana, spellcasting, and scouting mechanics. Her kit forces you to think vertically across two distinct playstyles instead of leaning into one damage archetype. Paired with Jelly the jellyfish as her pet, you get a teammate that plays into the mage-scout fusion rather than feeling tacked on. The promise of "forgotten past" narrative hooks sounds good on paper, though it's worth knowing this is DLC for an existing roguelike, not a standalone story. If you're already 20+ hours into Across the Obelisk and hungry for deckbuilding variety, Sigrun justifies the cost. If you bounced off the base game's card-synergy loop, a new hero won't fix that. She's a solid toolbox addition for players who want to puzzle out multiclass combos.
