MindsEye just landed Update 8, and the headline addition is actual multiplayer support, which is a bigger deal than it sounds given the game launched as a pretty straight-up singleplayer experience. The grenade football mode is exactly what it sounds like, and honestly? I respect the chaos. It's the kind of low-stakes, stupid-fun mode that can keep a small community alive way longer than it has any right to be alive. Whether the netcode holds up under pressure is a different question, and one that matters a lot more to me than the concept itself.
