I'm skeptical of free platformers that rely on cosmetics because the core loop usually isn't deep enough to hold attention past the first hour. Cat Adventure is a straightforward endless rooftop jumper: chain precise inputs, hit power-ups, chase high scores, unlock cat and platform skins. It's the kind of game you boot for 15 minutes between raids, not the kind you plan your week around. No battle pass, no seasonal story, no economy to monitor. That actually works in its favor. The cosmetics are purely visual, so there's no FOMO pressure, and the mechanics are tight enough that score-chasing can feel rewarding if you're into arcade-style refinement. This isn't a live-service game masquerading as one, which means it won't ask you to log in daily or spend gems on convenience. It's a solid mobile-adjacent diversion on PC, free to try, and honest about what it is. Not a time sink. Not a second job. Just jumps.
