Bus Driver Simulator
A bus sim that swings wildly between relaxing route management and frustrating traffic physics, with just enough customization to keep you invested for a few hours.
GamerScout Verdict
Decent for sim fans with patience for traffic jank, rough around the edges otherwise.

About Bus Driver Simulator
I went in expecting Euro Truck Simulator's patient, meditative cousin. What I got was inconsistent. The core loop, pick up passengers, navigate a city, hit checkpoints, earn money for bus upgrades, works fine when traffic behaves. But the AI drivers are genuinely hostile, clipping through you at intersections and making punctual delivery feel like a luck contest rather than a skill reward. The bus handling itself is decent enough, and there's real satisfaction in unlocking new routes and customizing your vehicle. The problem is pacing. Mixed Steam reviews (59% positive) nail it: this game wants to be both a chill simulator and a time-pressure racer, and it stumbles in the gap. If you're okay with occasional frustration and don't mind replaying a route because a traffic AI had a seizure, you'll find 10-15 hours of content here. Just don't expect the zen-like flow of the big simulators.
