A cosmetic DLC for an Early Access co-op roguelite shooter that's still finding its legs - only grab this if you're already sold on supporting Crowbar Collective's vision.

I'll be straight with you: I spent time researching what this Supporter DLC actually contains before writing a single word, and the honest answer is that Crowbar Collective and Team17 have kept the specific cosmetic contents deliberately vague. What I can tell you is what you're supporting when you pick this up, and whether that's worth your money right now. Rogue Point itself is a four-player co-op PvE shooter built around a roguelite campaign structure. You drop in with nothing but a pistol and a vest, and every successful mission arms your squad a little better for the next one. The Dead Drop system lets you gamble mission earnings on rare gear that isn't available through the standard loadout shop, which is a nice risk-reward wrinkle that separates it from a straight Left 4 Dead clone. Maps are reshaped each run by a Parametric Design System across four locations, and the enemy roster has actual variety: standard MERX soldiers who use cover and squad tactics, machete-wielding Berserkers who rush your position, long-range snipers who lock down entire map sections, and heavy brutes that soak damage like a sponge. The TTK sits on the harsher side of tactical rather than arcade, which I appreciate. That said, the base game is currently sitting at a Mixed overall review score on Steam, hovering around 68% positive across several hundred reviews. Early Access means Early Access: the AI still has pathing issues that are most obvious in solo play, and the player count is thin enough that finding a public squad at odd hours takes patience. Community feedback points to genuine promise in the bones but a content roadmap that's still being filled in. The developers have been active - ADS 2.0, custom campaign modifiers, and new weapons landed in the first major update, with an in-game planning screen and permanent operator progression queued for Update 2. So back to this DLC. Supporter packs in Early Access games are fundamentally a vote of confidence in a studio's trajectory, not a transaction for finished goods. Crowbar Collective earned serious credibility with Black Mesa, a years-long community-driven project that actually shipped in great shape. If you believe that pedigree transfers here - and there are reasonable grounds to think it does - the Supporter DLC is a reasonable way to back the development while grabbing exclusive cosmetics. If you're still on the fence about Rogue Point itself, the smarter move is to try the base game first and come back for this once the squad-finder situation improves and the content gaps close up.
