The central question the game keeps turning over is not how to defeat a boss, but whether the world Grouchweasel inhabits is a distortion of his inner life or just life itself, unvarnished. Gameplay splits its attention between top-down RPG combat and puzzle-solving across 15 levels. Each of the four party members carries a distinct ability that feeds directly into how you unravel environmental puzzles, so swapping between them is less about combat optimization and more about reading a scene and choosing the right lens.
