Already hooked on Wreckfest's demolition chaos? The Season Pass bundles eight packs of gloriously unhinged extra vehicles and cosmetics for anyone who wants more reasons to T-bone strangers online.

I have a rule for derby racers: if the DLC roster doesn't make me laugh out loud at least once, it's not worth the ask. Bugbear cleared that bar with room to spare. The Wreckfest Season Pass is a bundle of eight DLC packs built entirely around the idea that more weird cars equals more fun, and honestly, that philosophy holds up. The pack lineup leans hard into novelty. The Retro Rammers Car Pack drops a bumper car onto actual race tracks. Backwoods Bangers adds what is genuinely described as an outhouse on four wheels. Modified Monsters throws in a go-kart-sized mini racer that belongs nowhere near a demolition derby and is therefore absolutely perfect for one. The Banger Racing Car Pack closes things out with vehicles more grounded in UK oval-racing tradition, including a sprint-car-inspired Stock Car, complemented by new tracks at Mudford Motorpark (oval and derby arena layouts) and Kingston Raceway (paved short oval plus a dirt figure-eight). Worth noting: the new tracks released alongside DLC packs were pushed out as free updates for all players, so the season pass is purely about expanding your garage, not locking you out of courses. In terms of usability, the DLC cars work in every mode, career included, though performance class restrictions apply to specific events. Online, the DLC roster skews toward fun rather than meta-dominance. The bumper car is not winning a tournament. The outhouse is not winning a tournament. But both will absolutely ruin someone's race in the funniest possible way, which is the entire point of Wreckfest to begin with. If you are genuinely chasing podiums online, the base game cars and free tournament rewards cover you fine, and the community is clear on that. The Season Pass is an atmosphere purchase as much as a content one. The honest caveat is that the Season Pass is lighter on tracks than some players expect going in. The cars are the draw, and most of them require upgrading through the normal progression system before they hit their highest performance class. If you have already completed the career and are hungry for something fresh to bring into custom lobbies or grind through online servers, the roster variety absolutely delivers. If you are still working through the base game, the community consensus is to finish career first and revisit the pass later. For a Saturday night session where the goal is maximum chaos and minimum seriousness, this content is a natural fit. Watching four people argue over who gets to drive the bumper car is, genuinely, a legitimate gaming experience. Wreckfest already had a lawnmower, a combine harvester, and a sofa car in the base roster. The Season Pass is just Bugbear committing further to that bit, and they commit hard. Riley, Scout Team
